This class offers participants the opportunity to refine technical skills through repetition and production. Throughout the course technique will emphasized including methods for making more confident forms, throwing thinner walls and crafting pottery with a specific purpose. Learn to refine and embellish your work by trimming, adding handles and decorating pieces in a variety of ways. Practice glazing techniques and use color to enhance your finished work. The class is for students who have completed at least one session at the beginner level or have prior wheel throwing experience.
