Metal clay is a medium made up of natural, powdered, fair trade, recycled 99.9% fine silver particles, with an organic binder and water. It has a grayish white color and comes in lump or powder form. Purchased in weight value packages.

Working with PMC is similar to clay; roll it out, press textures into it, cut it into shapes, push into molds…the possibilities are endless. In this workshop you will learn techniques for working with PMC. You will be able to create a few pieces (pendants or sets of earrings) in this 3 hr. session.

A second (short) session time will be agreed upon by participants during which fired pieces will be cleaned, given a patina and polished as well as adding findings (ear wires or chains).
